  • Is there a minimum or maximum requirement for the pet hotel?

    Our facility does not impose any restrictions on the duration of your dog's stay. We accommodate both short-term and extended boarding periods to suit your needs.

  • What are your boarding requirements?

    To ensure the health and safety of all our canine guests, we require four essential vaccinations: rabies, DHPP/DAPP, bordatella, and influenza. Please provide proof of these vaccinations prior to your dog's stay.

  • Do you require the dog to be neutered?

    Neutering is not a mandatory requirement for dogs staying at our facility. We welcome both neutered and intact dogs, provided they meet our other boarding criteria.

  • How does the day go?

    Our daily schedule begins with a morning walk at 7 AM, followed by supervised playtime throughout the day. We incorporate a rest period from 12 PM to 1 PM. Play activities resume until 6 PM, when dogs enjoy another walk. At 7 PM, all dogs retire to their individual accommodations for the night.

  • When are pickup and drop off times?

    For your convenience, we offer flexible pickup and drop-off services. You may bring in or collect your dog at any time during our operational hours.
